just got a copy of monster children with marie turnor's picnic clutch featured and in amazing company - issue no. 31, the dennis hopper special issue with lots of beautifully reproduced photos by hopper. Thanks to Mohawk General store for turning me on to monster children.

DINNER TIME

the yummy dinner bag in black is back in stock in the MT shop. made from the most amazing italian paper-y leather.

today lisa from racked came to interview me and elizabeth took pictures of me. i hate being in front of the camera. my cover is blown!

DAY FOR NIGHT

day for night mini, d4n color blocked and the cloche.
the day for night is the name sake of the truffaut movie.

with all the attention the picnic clutch gets, i think the fabulous day for night is being overlooked lately. i've made it in lots of colors and sizes, like the ones at the top of the blog, but my current favorite is the color blocked one. in black and white or in my fave color combination, black and red. it's all smooth leather inside and out with a brass color button and fits more than you might think. magnifique! if you ask me.
