cover portrait of dennis hopper by mary ellen mark in the philippines shooting one of my all time favorite movies, apocalypse now.
day for night mini, d4n color blocked and the cloche. the day for night is the name sake of the truffaut movie.
with all the attention the picnic clutch gets, i think the fabulous day for night is being overlooked lately. i've made it in lots of colors and sizes, like the ones at the top of the blog, but my current favorite is the color blocked one. in black and white or in my fave color combination, black and red. it's all smooth leather inside and out with a brass color button and fits more than you might think. magnifique! if you ask me.
