NIGEL SLATER

this is my favorite cookbook, especially when the weather gets cooler. it is from england, but sometimes can be found on amazon. delicious comfort food.
the photographs are beautiful too.






here's the fish soup i made with toasts topped with gruyère cheese and a glass of malbec. the mouth blown decanter was a present bought for me in paris and the glass is vintage from a paris marché aux puces.
