i am soooo jealous you have a pomegranate tree.... i hope you don't ONLY make jam & martinis - enjoy them raw too! there's also a pretty amazing middle eastern dish called fesenjaan (or fesenjan) that's a pomegranate/chicken stew. YUM!
Oh yeah, I eat them! I love them. Let me know if you want some. I have had fesenjan, but I've never made it. I need a recipe.
